My family spent 16 days at this motel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and cozy. They had been recently updated! Clarissa, Zoey, and the general manager were all very kind and understanding regarding our situation. The motel is situated next to a truck stop that offers various food choices, and there’s an Arby's nearby. They provide complimentary coffee in the morning. The coffee area overlooks the river. What a beautiful view!
My husband and I travel for work. We have stayed at the Motel 6, Grand Island, several times. We haven't had any problems with the rooms. The front desk clerks have always been kind and helpful. It's easy access off Interstate and places to eat. It's a great value for the money!
Our room was one of the cleanest and most comfortable my husband and I have stayed in, but we were especially pleased with the care the staff took to get us a room that fit our needs. We’ll definitely seek out this Motel 6 when we’re next in the area. Thank you!
I'm an over the road trucker that broke down. Truck had to be in the shop for a week. Mark and Zoey were AWESOME. Mark went above and beyond as a manager there. Mark made sure I could check in early because my truck had to get towed. The rooms are nice and clean. They are pet friendly here also. All the staff I interacted with during my week long stay were very nice and professional. I would recommend this Motel 6 to anyone. Thank you. Keep up the great work.
I had an unexpected stay at Motel 6 in Grand Island after my truck broke down and was towed to a nearby shop. As a CDL driver and military veteran, I really appreciated that they offered the best rates around. What stood out the most was the top-notch customer service. Mark at the front desk was extremely professional, and the young lady working the afternoon shift was very accommodating and helpful. The room was spotless with updated furniture and a very comfortable bed. TV and cable worked great, the A/C was phenomenal (which matters when you’re stuck in the summer heat), and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The shower had great pressure and hot water, and to top it off, the morning coffee was honestly amazing. This Motel6 exceeded expectations. This place absolutely deserves 5+ stars.
Cleanest of all places we have stayed from Pa to Utah to here in grand island! Pleasantly surprised! Even the pups are happy! Front desk staff nice & helpful. Local food was good! Became a member to receive the perks. Best value for the money. Very happy thank you M6!
BEST PLACE TO STAY IN GRAND ISLAND! We travel for a living and normally stay at Hampton/IHG/Choice hotels but the prices this weekend were insane. We decide to try this Motel 6…WOW! Clean, quick check in, nice smelling rooms/foyer, all for a very inexpensive price! PLUS our room is cleaned daily! What?! Most hotels don’t do that anymore. Thank you GI Motel 6 for an amazing stay. FOR THE MONEY YOU WON’T FIND A BETTER PLACE TO STAY!
Clarissa was fabulous! Service with a smile! The beds were comfy, room super clean. We’d stay here again. The Irish pub downtown was very cool!
